Some of our students of the Istituto Alberghiero Axel Munthe (Food & Beverage and Culinary Art branches) have recently participated to the 5th edition of the ''Wellness & Zero Waste Contest'', in Casargo (Italy). Eighteen teams from all over Europe have presented and prepared their own specialties following specific criteria such as taste balance, creativity, originality, mastery and caloric amount).During their stay, our students also attended interactive classes and wellness seminars on different topics (Italian Icecream, Risotto and Pesto Sauce).
Thanks to our teachers, Mr. Salvatore Apuzzo and Mr Giuseppe Mele, who trained, supported and encouraged our team with patience and enthusiasm and thanks to our students, Fabiano D'Esposito, Francesco Esposito, Alessandro Aruta and Eduardo Osin, who worked hard and faced this challenge with great competence.
